As a property owner, I would like to say that some of these golfers are very entitled. They love harassing people who are simply walking their dogs. It’s not a very pleasant place to live when it feels like everyone is 100 years old and miserable. They may have paid for a golf membership, but I paid almost a million dollars to live here. The last thing I want to hear is an ignorant person telling me that I’m trespassing in my own backyard. The club should provide a clear map showing what property belongs to the golf course and what does not. That would eliminate a lot of confusion and unnecessary confrontations between golfers and residents.

NEGATIVE ZERO STARS! If you are a young, loving family with dogs, young kids, young puppies, DO NOT MOVE HERE I wish my family was warned before purchasing property in this disgusting community! This community is filled with 90-100 year old plus elderly individuals, majority of snow birds who don't not even permanently reside here in FL who are heavily involved with one another within the HOA, they will make your life HELL!! The office that handles the association is a DISGUSTING JOKE, they are evil human beings who will send you violations for simply purchasing a puppy that an elderly EXTREMELY AGGRESSIVE old man hates (showed up to our home twice banging doors and creeping into our backyard to scream and make scenes, we had to contact authorities). THE PATHETIC ASSOCIATION DID NOTHING TO A VERY AGGRESSIVE OLD MAN THAT THREATENS THE ENTIRE BLOCK, my family lives in fear, this place will make you so miserable you rather just leave as fast as you can. Let's not forget wild coyotes roaming the neighborhoods, they also do nothing to CORRECT THIS and MAKE THE COMMUNITY SAFE, instead they are to occupied with the ELDERY GANG activities of threatening innocent residents. DISGUSTING!!!!

Delivery drivers beware. Go to the northern entrance and that's not even the rage inducing part... The gate. If you catch it in time, don't waste gas or everything else you will feel has left your system driving out.

My husband and I purchased a property here a few months ago and we are loving it here. Its quiet, everyone is friendly. The grounds are well maintained. And most people take pride in their own property.

Great gated community. Next week a repaving project will spruce us up. The reserve areas have recently been thinned out. The poor 'possums, 'coons, squirrels (maybe a bobcat also) and rabbits; are frustrated by the intrusion.
